Booking
Appointments are booked through our online booking page or by calling or texting 252-933-7311. Scheduling is first come, first served. No date is held or promised until your deposit is received.
Deposits
A deposit of 35% of your service is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your final total.
Cancellations and refunds
Deposits are fully refundable when you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or do not show, the deposit is nonrefundable.
Pricing
Every package is listed as a starting price. Your final price depends on vehicle size and condition. Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or additional work may require an upgrade or added charges, and we will always tell you before we begin.
Paint correction
Paint correction quotes require an in-person paint survey first, booked as a free estimate, before any price is given.
Travel
A travel fee of $0.75 per mile applies to mobile appointments outside our 30-mile service radius.
